How long does shipping take?

Order are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that processing and shipping times may be longer during holidays, sales, high-volume periods, or in the case of natural disasters.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States and internationally, to Australia, Canada, EU (Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden), Mexico, and the United Kingdom.

US shipping: standard shipping times apply.

International shipping: Tracked international shipping is available to select countries.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery status.

What if my package is delayed?

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience while your order is in transit.

What happens if my package is lost by the carrier?

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with locating your package or filing a claim.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Do you offer refunds for shipping issues?

We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.

Refunds or replacements are only considered if the wrong item was sent or the item received was significantly different from what was pictured or described.
