All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless:

  • The wrong item was sent, or
  • The item received is significantly different from what was pictured or described on our website.

If you believe you received the wrong item or an item that was not as pictured, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items will not be eligible for refunds or replacements due to:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect/inadvertent item selections
  • Minor color variations caused by screen/display settings
  • Shipping delays outside of our control
